The world of cinema and the world of illustration have one thing in common; they speak the same language. As an illustrator, cinema and photography have been my primary sources to find inspiration. To find truth and authenticity. The composition of an illustration is very similiar to how you would shot a film sequence. You have to think about position and angle, about movement and continuity, about light and colour.
For this reason, I will create a series of illustrations inspired by the use of cinematic language. I will portray people and landscapes along the journey and draw them as if they were photographed with a camera.
